Occupation Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), a management model of modern safety production arisen in the globe in late 1980s, is referred to as a post-industry epoch-making management method together with the management system stipulated in ISO9001 and ISO14001 Standards. It provides structured operating mechanism for various organizations, and helps them to improve safety production management, and pushes forward occupation health in a safe and continuous manner.

OHSAS 18001
This is the "Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Specification". It was developed in response to urgent demand for a recognized standard against which occupational safety management systems can be assessed.

OHSAS 18002
This provides guidelines for the implementation of OHSAS 18001. It explains the requirements of this and how to work towards implementation/registration. Implementation of the standards is intended to provide multiple benefits. These include:

- Competitive advantage (via demonstration of commitment to health and safety)
